I can honestly say, 85 being closed has not affected me in any way, shape or form. But I'm happy it's re opening for the ones who were....

3.1 million in extra incentives is nothing compared to the lost economic cost of the time spent in traffic, lost revenues to local businesses, etc.

So the big question is why can't Ga DOT and the contractors take the same approach with every project? They've shown they can do a great job when needed. I expect all of the NW Express Lanes can now be finished in the next 6-10 weeks.
