$99 ar lower

Well I disagree about "plastic guns sucking". But in this case realize what you're getting. A FULL plastic receiver with a fixed stock and grip. If you want to build a plinker AR and like a A2 style stock, by all means, go with it. Or spend $10 more for a new frontier poly lower with a 6 position stock.

I don't have any problems with most plastic guns, but I don't want a polymer AR lower. They are probably 97% ok, but the weakness is at the buffer tube connection. I've seen pictures of quite a few broken in that area.

I love my New Frontier Armory polymer lower. Have it mated to both 5.56 and 5.45 uppers. I've extolled the virtues many times of the NFA lower.

Light weight.

Interchangeable parts. The internals are polymer except for pins/springs/buffer. Just like working on a regular lower.

When you pin it to your upper there is NO SLOP.

Best of all is the trigger. Light (about 4-1/2 lbs) and CRISP. Breaks like a rod of glass crisp. No perceptible creep.

Oh, and they have a lifetime warranty.

Contact Classic City in Athens and get one before they sell out!

Here's mine mated to a State of the Art (SOTA) upper in 5.56 with some additions.
