$99 pump shotgun?

Seems like that company is flooding the market with a bunch of guns, reviews on that shotgun are showing people having to do some "DIY Gunsmithing" to make them right. Not something I'd want to use in a defensive situation.

Believe this is one of those cases where you get what you pay for.
This is in the first review:
"It arrived as expected and looked great. However, there were a couple problems. The big one: it wouldn't chamber a shell."
"found that the finger release for the pump safety was hitting the lower trigger guard, so I trimmed a little of the plastic from the trigger guard"

They also make a poor man's Scorpion that uses Glock mags called the Blade. Looks good but I already have an Extar.
As for this shotgun it's just another Turkish pump gun. I had one identical to this that I scored for $99.00 plus shipping back in 21 on GunBroker. But mine was a Hatsan Escort. But aside from the names on the receiver they're all the same. I still have one that was spray painted by a previous owner that says Charles Daily Honcho on the receiver. Had one in stainless back during Covid that said Chiappa on it .
Quality wise well they are what they are. I e watched several TFB TV burn down videos on Turkish semi autos and none of them lasted very long. So I guess the take away here is if you're buying a cheap Turkish shotgun make sure it's a pump.

Another note for some that might find it interesting regarding the fact these are made in Turkey.

Seems in 2019 Turkey purchased the S400 Air Defense Systems from Russia & it hasn't gone over well within the NATO countries.

There have also been US soldiers that were targeted while walking the streets when they were ported there. Having plastic bags over their heads in a mock murder while being beaten by a large groups.

It's possible Turkey will side with Russia later on depending on how much they want to fight for the island Cypress against Greece. Turkey has already been siding with Hamas against Israel but hasn't done anything to help Hamas in their fight & has kept up trade with Israel for the time being.

Seems they are only friends now due to the money that can be made of us, push come to shove I doubt they'd side with us.

The more you know*

They'll be friendly for now, since they still want back into the F-35 program. Turkey was to make parts and purchase aircraft and they were "kicked out" after the S-400 purchase. Ankara keeps mentioning the Typhoon, Rafale and their own KAAN as alternatives if they don't get the F-35s.

Now that Germany has dropped their objections, it seems a 40 aircraft Typhoon deal is a real possibility. The Eurofigther consortium really wants more orders outside the partner countries and Turkey is shopping for new aircraft.

Now there are reports saying a compromise is being discussed to deal with the S-400 missiles without breaking the contract terms with Russia, but also satisfy the US that they can't be used to track and learn about the F-35s. If they come up with something, look for Turkey to get back into the F-35 program.

Personally I'm not sure they are reliable enough to let back in, but they haven't asked me. :drum:
