9mm round stuck.

Something happened with the rifle or the round to get in that condition.
You could have a squib in front of it or you could have had a long round that was extracted leaving the bullet lodged or you could have had a deformed case.
Whatever happened, it has to come out from the direction it went in.

Slam the bolt a couple of times and then beat the stock on the ground really hard while using a flashlight to look down the barrel to see if it's moving. That's how they do it on the internet.

I expected it to be a pistol. I had a used Kel Tec P11 lock up tight on a loaded round back in 14. Can't recall how I remedied the situation but I remember it was a pain in the ass.

I say you should fire a bottle rocket down the barrel from the muzzle end.
Get the "with report" kind. That BANG at the chamber throat should shake your 9mm cartridge loose.
