A different jalapeño popper

I started to slather them with bbq sauce but I think I'm gonna leave them alone...
one time I put a sliver of an ghost pepper inside with the shrimp and cooked them, I had no idea which pepper had it in , but it wasn't hard to tell who got it , Surprise:cool:

I didn't season them bc originally I was going to steam them with the chicken stock and they're awesome like that. The shrimp soaks up the chicken flavor which sounds kinda weird but it's a really great flavor combo.

If I knew from the beginning I was going to wrap them, I'd have probably hit them with some seasoning...but it's not too late, I think I'm gonna hit the bacon with something Cajun before they go on the grill...thanks D_Max D_Max for the tip!
