I've looked at your.270 BAR. It is a beauty. You decide to pitch that .308 give me a shout. I'm not trying to get into a caliber I don't already own. Too old for that now. Lol!

I have had a few and currently have a 30:06. Only ever had 1 issue with an older one, had to have firing pin replaced. Great rifles just a little heavy
The 308 isn’t going anywhere. I use it and a pre64 model 70 featherweight in 308. Thanks for the kind words. It really is a beauty
