A tale of two browsers --

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times,

So I use two browsers,

Firefox, mostly out of habit, and because I have most of my programs loaded onto it. OTOH current version of Firefox is PITA.

Google Chrome because I have some professional software that only works (or works best) on Chrome.

I have several add ons on FF that block ads, prevent Javascript pop-ups, and so on.

So I mostly look at ODT in FF, nice, no problem, ad free.

When I'm supposed to be working on Chrome, well, of course, I fire up ODT. No ad blockers, because the programs I work with don't have ads, and the difference is startling, especially when you are used to seeing no ads. Wow, are they distracting.

They aren't too bad around here. At least no pop-ups(unless I'm missing them). I'm happy to see the ads. Means the sight is getting paid for in the times when I can't.

Try Brave. I went there after FF went wonky. Your Chrome stuff will likely work with brave, as well.

Yes, I'm guessing (??) that what I'm using on FF.

Like I say, just haven't take the time to install it on Chrome, as most of the hookups are on secured sites, no ads at all.
