Why do you hate cops? Back the blue! Or green....you know what I mean.

These rulings actually help the good cops and departments avoid the tarnish of bad cops’ and bad departments’ unconstitutional practices. We need to be teaching the Constitution more than we need home ec and shop. Every one of these rulings by the court shows a failure and a lack of good judgement.

Well that’s a crazy overreach the open field doctrine is if you see something illegal in an open field it doesn’t give anyone the right to trespass on the private property to try and prove through surveillance some type of crime is going on hell they don’t even have probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.

I know that all states see the game within the state as part of the states natural resources I’m of the opinion that if you own enough land they have a herd of deer on ,those are your deer. We had some good game wardens in Pennsylvania where I grew up but we had some that were shifty this sounds like those shifty guys
