? about value

I have recently took in some guns on trade. I'm no expert in gun values. So I figured I'd ask you guys.

* Ruger 96 lever action 44 mag. Near perfect

* Rem 742 30/06 w/ Bushnell 3x9 scope. The engraving on the stock looks like a woven basket, insted of checkering. Very good shape.

*Camo Semi Auto 12 ga. All I can find on the barrel is model. Venus. 3" chamber. Was told Benelli makes this gun and it has a lifetime warranty. Very good shape

It's worth what the market will bear and how bad someone wants it On every forum I have ever been on guns are too high unless it's yours then its not.Go to Gunbroker get an estimate then subtract $50/$75 and try that.

NIB: 350
Exc: 300
V.g.: 225
Good: 175
FAir: 150
Poor: 100

Remington 742

Very Good Shape is about $275

Now these prices come from this book, that was published in 2009.

It is called The Collectors Price and Reference Guide.
