anyone here build or sell these? Looking for a 12x12, 12x14, or 12x16. Needing a price.

I should clarify:
Gabled,
8-foot to overhang,
4:12 or 6:12 roof pitch,
Asphalt shingles,
Ridge vent,
12” overhang,
3’ double doors on one gabled end,
Slider windows centered on both sides and back,
T-111 siding,
1x4 trim boards,
Caulk,
Paint,
At least 3/4” inch decking floor,
Skids or elevated post preferred

Too bad I can cut a straight line or hammer a straight nail but the world needs their gophers.

Hell, I’d move in that. Realistically it’d be great however I’m limited to where it can be placed.

I just got one built by Metal Pros in Carrollton... they did a phenomenal job!

That one is 20x40 but they do all sizes. It was cheaper to have it built (including delivery and taxes) than it was to buy the kit from any of the pole barn companies I contacted... it was really a no-brainer in my case!
