I was run into and the other guy got a citation so defiantly his fault. He refuses to answer calls from insurance company. Am I going to get screwed on this?

If you or your insurance company have the police report and you've sent them your evidence (photos, a write up, etc.), then let your insurance company deal with his insurance company. That's what they are there for; it's not your job to chase him down.

You need a better insurance company.

USAA would never play those games.

Go through your insurance Company. I had the same situation when my son was hit. Sorry to you veterans but USAA was the other insurance company and they will do anything, and I mean anything to avoid payment. They used the excuse that they can't pay anything until their insured gives their side of the story even if they were found at fault by the court.
