Ok so here is the dilemma. I have an omega 30 caliber suppressor. I recently bought an LWRC a5 upper that already has an aac 51T flash hider mount attached. There is no sign of a pin and weld job but the muzzle device will not come off. I have tried soaking the muzzle for 36 hours and whatever was used to lock the muzzle on will not let go. SO.....there various adapters on the market to adapt one brand of suppressor to another mount. Any idea about adapting a silencerco omega to an AAC 51T? I have seen dead air's keymo and liberty has a "hate" ring. but none of those appear to be able to work for my specific adaptation. Any ideas? Can any of you tool makers, suppressor makers out there make one???? Please......

Since it's AAC, most likely rocksett was used on the flash hider, and soaking it should've worked as long as you gave it about 30 - 40 ft/lbs of torque. Try boiling it for for about 10 minutes, then pull it out and wrench on it quickly as long as you have the proper tools like a Geissele Reaction Rod or Magpul.

If they used red loctite, then you'll need to heat it up until it's smoking with something like a propane blow torch. But I'm guessing rocksett was used.

And btw I don't use anything to attach muzzle devices other than the recommended torque.

I have not tried boiling water yet. But I would have figured if it was rocksett a 36 hour soak would have loosened it.
