The wife and I are looking to enclose our existing deck that currently sits on 4 x 4 posts that is above the walkout basement porch. Knowing that the deck needs to be completely tore down and rebuilt, we're looking for where/who to turn to for getting plans drawn up that can be used to build from, as well as to submit for permitting.
