OK guys, I'm doing a multi purpose 10/22 takedown. One "heavy" barrel with the attached scope rail, such as a volquartsen, or maybe a tac-hammer. The second being the factory 16" threaded with some iron sight upgrades or possibly a mini scout rail and Burris fast fire. I want to hear from some AGP stock owners. How's the quality? Comfort? Durability? Also interested in a milled at compatible chassis for the takedown if anyone has experience with one of those. Thanks guys!

AGP 10/22 stock

I like the agp stock it's solid. Locks up tight. Don't like the fact they nickel and dime all their products. Wish they juSt sold a package with everything

but you should get that rubber butt pad at the least. the AGP looks uncomfortable without it.
How about the AGP and the tactical solutions take down fluted bull barrel with hogue front handguard. It has iron sights but it wont have the attached rail.
i think the ones you mentioned has the attached rail but no irons and it might not have a hand guard.

I looked into the tac Sol barrel combo and liked it a lot. It was my favorite barrel of the lot. But like you said, no scope rail. Kinda killed my plan to have the multi purpose. Maybe I could take it and get it drilled and tapped though. Then get a custom scope rail. I dunno. Sounds like more $$$$. Lol
Not sure if you wanna do that bc then you loose the irons. Unless you want it like a scout rifle forward.
The VQ barrels cost as much if not more than the entire TS KIT and i think TS offers a lifetime warranty

You have the TD Body w/ AGP stock it has a rail on the receiver itself, you can sight in a micro red dot for the iron sight barrel itself such as TS or original barrel
( dont know if it will hold zero every time)
then you can get multiple barrels with rails and have additional attached optics to it. it may be high enough that the micro wont interfere. or get a QD micro
