I plan to buy a .22 cal air rifle. I want a decent quality rifle to shoot with as it would be inexpensive to shoot. Don't need super accuracy--just a good reliable plinker. Any suggestions?

Kral Puncher Breaker. I have enjoyed mine quite a bit. I prefer it over my Benjamin Marauder.

I've gotta Gamo Swarm Whisper .22 Cal. Pellet, Break Barrel Pellet IGT Gas Piston Air Rifle.
Shoots well. SIngle break spring pump.
Comes with cheap but accurate scope.
Not a Benjamin, but much less expensive.
You can't beat a Benjamin if that's your price range, though.

I bought mine (342) at a pawn shop for $50 out the door. It's killed more than one crow.

They can be had for a decent price, just make sure it's serviceable and the seal is good.

I’ve got one listed that I got from the CMP. It has been rebuilt by them and is very accurate. I’m selling it because I wanted something a little more powerful. Ended up with a Beeman R7. It’s quite a bit more expensive, but worth it.
