28 cents per round on brass 223 was very good. 17 cents a round? Maybe for 9mm but not 223I am still waiting for brass 223 to get back to normal pricing, $175/1000 including shipping.
And we can't forget the Taliban....since they've now gotten a MOUNTAIN of US M4s and ammo, they'll have all their 7.62X39 supply and sources they can channel over for profit to fund their new humanitarian government in the 'stan....
They cant keep up with the demand of Ar ammo and it wasnt even banned. What, aside from an easily replaceable head stamp, would give it away. I'm sure with enough determination that could be changed and shuffled like a deck of cards.
I do not own an AK. But I do have ammo. Purchased when AR ammo was difficult to purchase. Before I had the chance to purchase the AK the price went thru the roof. So I held off to wait for the price to come back to normal. A 500 AK was north of a thousand dollars. I was not going to spend that much on a firearm that I was not crazy about. But with the banning of russian ammo maybe, just maybe, the price on AK's will come back to normal. Then I will be happy. I have 3000 rounds of AK ammo that only cost me 15 cents a round. Hate for all that ammo go to waste.
There was s time it was under 10 cent a round, buy 1000 rounds and a gi ammobox was free.28 cents per round on brass 223 was very good. 17 cents a round? Maybe for 9mm but not 223
I purchased the ak ammo to buy purchase an ak. I knew nothing of the ak so I was reading and watching youtube videos about the ak47. Come to find out that most are cheaply made. So I held off. over night the prices on these blew thru the roof. So yes I am waiting for the prices to come back to normal while people were ripping off, according to you, others by selling 3 or 4 times what they paid for it. So if I am being bad by hoping the prices will fall back to normal then you should be really angry with the ones that made 4 times the money. So stick that in your oven pal.And now we find the real reason for your post. Only took 12 hours to find Waldo.
Your first post:
"Can not see why people wouldby*buy any AK-47 rifle knowing that7.62x39 ammo will longer be available." (This is a lie, the ammo will still be available.)
To this:

This is my takeaway from the motivation for your post: You can't wait to **** someone out of their investment for your entertainment now that the ammo is going to be more expensive. Nice.
Ah the yin and yang of ODT. You have people selling a $380 trigger for $900 and then others hoping to screw someone out of their AK because they are out of ammo.
With your negative feedback you should not be judging others. All I am waiting for is for the the AK's to come back to the normal price. And now we find the real reason for your post. Only took 12 hours to find Waldo.

Normal is what market rate is in the current. I would ask if you would sell your house today for what you paid for it 8 years ago, but I'm gonna make the assumption that you don't own one to sell.I purchased the ak ammo to buy purchase an ak.
