Get a 10/63....Mil spec proofed and stamped parts, New Chrome Lined Hammer Forged Barrel, And Probably a New Bolt (although sometimes the old original bolt was used).
Take your time and you can find one for $500-$600ish. Here is one I picked up for about $550 not that long ago....

If you’re into folding, pick up a Romanian wire folding stock and it will attach to the same rear tang as found on the fixed stock AKs including your new WASR.

I absolutely hate AK's! Why not just buy a Anderson lower? You can get all the mil-spec parts of off wish for cheap and build it yourself bro. You can even go take a $300 armors course that shows you how to use a hammer, punch and torque wrench. They even tell you where to put the drops of oil to make it run a 100,000 rounds without cleaning.
