Ak mag identification help

The AK mag might be a Chinese mag. They use the flat back style compared to the ribbed/fin style like European (Commi Countries) use. Does the bottom plate say China on it or is it to rusty?
I just picked up some rusty mags and cleaned them up.

The whole thing has light surface rust but no identifiable markings or even partial markings

Norinco 223 30-rd mag..

..won't fit Polytech 223 rifle.

I thought the 223 mags had less curvature to them?? Lines up with standard 7.62x39 mag
