Hi Guys! I have come up against this issue which I have never experienced before and that is whilst changing out the furniture from Tactical to wood the Underside front foregrip retaining bracket will NOT move forward to allow the wooden fore grip to be inserted even though I have pushed the lever forward . I have changed out furniture many many times and am totally stumped I have tried PB Blaster to see if I could unfreeze something. Help needed!....Thanks in Advance.

Here is the issue

I have had this phenomenon happen on occasion. The retainer gets cocked, angled, and then gets stuck. Take a piece of wood and tap on the retainer as it meets the barrel. Look for it to move and straighten out. Go all the way around taping about every 90 degrees looking for the place that needs to be tapped. You may also try working the retainer side to side, spinning it around the barrel like.
