Alabama rights

Saw this at an Alabama rest stop not too long ago. I've been there many times, don't know why I never saw it before. Have you ever seen anything like this in GA?

AL used to have a Ten Commandments monument at the state Supreme Court courtesy of Roy Moore. Last I heard from family someone or group was offended & it got hauled away. May be back up now. If this gets a lot of visibility it might get pulled as well.
However, I’ve never seen anything like it in GA or at the state lines or rest stops.
