This is an amazing deal. Really thinking hard about replacing my two year old Ford (Pulsar) 11500 watt dual fuel simply for the extra power and to have one that is built in the USA (even if it is with Chinese components, which I imagine it is.)

I have one of the smaller DuroMax duel fuel units for my shop. I like it. It's never seen a drop of gasoline so no stale gas or gummed up carb.
I don't need another generator... but that's a great price!
How noisy are these?
They aren't quiet. I can still barely hear mine outside over the sound of my running Heat/AC.
I imagine it's much louder to my neighbor sitting in the dark reading by candle light.
I really don't need one, but that didn't stop me. This gives me almost another 2k watts of power....if I don't decide to break my house into two subpanels. I'm tempted to do so and run my "sensitive" electronics off a smaller 5k watt inverter, and then everything else off of this.

Very tempting. I have a Generac 7500 that runs most of what I need. It goes through a tank every 8 hrs while under a load. I’m curious if this one would do any better as of fuel consumption under load?
