That is a .30 carbine round. I got the air gap under the table so you can see the rim.

That is called the rapid insert tampon round...... for obvious reasons.

I agree it's 6.5 jap but dummy rounds usually have a hole drilled in the side and/or dimpled shoulders and/or a colored projectile.
