Ammo Shortage almost over?

I million rounds sounds like a lot of ammo until you really think about how large the demand for ammo is right now. Definitely a step in the right direction though.
 
7.62x39 has definitely dropped in price from around .50cpr back to down to high .20scpr. You'll see .26, .27 and .28 now. I got it for these prices as the covid rush was beginning.
 
A friend mentioned that Federal had to provide the Remington plant with start up materials and supplies (brass, primers, powder, etc.), which, at times, had my friend sitting idly by his machines at Federal due to a lack of materials. Where employees could purchase quite a bit of ammo (mainly seconds), from the Company Store, they were severely limited to amounts they could buy.
