If you’re in Lawrenceville you should always try stopping by Bull’s-eye indoor range and guns. Since they reopened October 2020 I haven’t had a single problem getting any ammunition whether it be 9 mm 38 special, .380, .32 or 22lr only with .223 has supply has been short. I think I cornered the market on .32 ACP. I live almost across the street and when I need ammo I just keep popping in been buying a box or two a week since Last year. So yeah, it’s all my fault.

The McDonough Academy has ammo most days of the week and they get shipments on M, W, and F. There is a line at 9am when the store opens but there is always ammo left because of the 2 box limit per person. I usually see 556 brass, 223, 22lr, 338 PRC, 338 Lupua, 556 Steel, 9mm, 45, lately 308 fmj, 243 fmj and hp, 270, 6.5 cm in varmint (in think its 90gr), 12 and 20 ga 7 & 8 shot but see occasional turkey and duck loads too. These are the rounds I see fairly often and even on Tuesdays/Thursdays but they have others too.

any normal walmart employee can look up what stores have ammo currently in their system. the walmart schedule app on their phone has a price scan function and you can just scan random boxes of ammo (or UPCs on websites) and it will tell you which stores in your area carry them. just have to find someone who has a login to the app who will let you use theirs or you be with them.
