Wish I knew! Last Saturday I figured I’d beat the flippers to it and got there at 8:15. Chairs were already setup outside and I was #13 in line. Figured I was good. They had a cart full of Herters and Winchester 100 round boxes of 9mm and when it gets to me at #13 it was all gone. Same flippers go there with their wives or friends and buy 16 boxes at a time. I settled for 3 boxes of 30-30 and two boxes of 22. Then these flippers go to the next spot and do the same thing. Unreal.
These are brass and they are decent, about the same quality of Winchester
Brass pro shops is actually cracking down on these flippers. They no longer pull out carts in the morning. It's random now. I've seen them pull out carts Mid-day. Just be diligent and call them. Also if you have a Club card you can purchase 8 boxes and you get a club points as bonus.

Franklin's in Athens had a good bit of ammo in stock. Some 5.56, .223, 9mm, 308...decent prices considering and I asked, they do not have a limit to how many you can buy
CCI has Standard velocity and velocitor now. Scored a brick of each finally. Had mini mags but sold out before I could check out.
