I'm worried that he is a drug dealer that thinks nothing of assaulting a woman in public, just had a gun pulled on him and was backed down in public, and has not been arrested. If I was either of those waitresses I would be armed to the teeth and not going anywhere alone until he is behind bars. Should have done the neighborhood a favor and shot his ass. I'd be watching for his known associates as well.

Not going to second guess her. I do think she would have been justified in shooting and I'm pretty sure I would have. It would just be nice if the media could be pushed to truly acknowledge all these times a gun stops violence even without a shot being fired!
