Don't think Clyde has that much pull.
He lost me when he wanted to do away with the The Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act he evidently didn't know what it did.

For a regulation to be invalidated under the CRA, the Congressional resolution of disapproval must be either signed by the President or passed over the President's veto by two thirds of both Houses of Congress.. we will probably have better luck with the multiple suits that will be filed.
Yup, even if he can get it through the House it will die in the Senate. The courts are the only way this rule is going to get killed.

AKA I will virtue signal to right wingers by submitting a bill that has 0% chance of ever actually being passed into law as the GOP doesn't hold both chambers of congress or the presidency. I'd be surprised if it ever even leaves committee and makes it the floor for a vote.
