I ordered a red dot sight on the 6th. They took the order and I thought everything was good. Then after receiving partial order I immediately went to my account and looked at Orders and saw a " Expected delivery date of 5/18/21". For a product that is not in stock it should say so. They are taking orders on expected shipments. I would hate to see someone order a 1000 scope and not getting their money back for two weeks. That order on the 6th, I just got my several hundred dollars back today.
 
OP took three months to deliver my item - said nothing about being out of stock or back-ordered. They kept changing the ship date also. Would say March 12th, then April 30th - then June...then back to April...lol.

I finally got the order but it was a hassle wondering when/if Id get it.
 
I think it's just so many people are ordering so many things that they can't take care of what they're getting with the limited staff. They used to be spot on. I've used them for years and ordered many things from them and never had a problem. Service was always good delivery was fast and there was no problems. But now it's a different ball game all together I would not have waited 3 months for something that's for sure. I'm sure they'll return to their former glory but it's going to be a while.

Same here. OP has always been a reliable and reputable merchant to deal with. This COVID craziness has negatively affected most retail businesses one way or another. They place an order from a trusted supplier and they run late because of short on help and it throws the whole system into a tail spin. I have been seeing very late deliveries even from Amazon where I'm a Prime member. So, I'm not going to abandon OP without giving them some time to get their system back on track.
 
I just ordered from them for the first time. Waiting on a red dot. I sure wish I didnt see this thread. I could have paid $5 more and already had my stuff.
