I have been out Walking miles and miles. I hate riding when its under 55. BUT.....Supposed to be nice next week.

I finally got myself a carbon bike last week so I'm gonna see if I'm any faster this year than I have been on my aluminum bike

I wish I would have been doing more. I have lost a great deal of endurance. Thank god I was on my MTB. Near the end I was using gears to get up hills that don't exist on the rodie.

It happens to us all over the winter.usually takes me a month or so to get back to where I start feeling like I can hit it hard again

The bike does help to a certain point then it's all about the rider and how much pain you can stand and how hard you are willing to push yourself.

I just got into riding last year and I can't even fathom doing 56 miles at a 19.6 average unless it's downhill.
