Anyone ever seen one of these?

I found it really odd when I was separating change a while back by state. The size and metal are the same as standard quarters, but it’s not as thick.

Used to see them at coin shows as novelty coins

went to a coin show, foreign coins were a buck a pound!!! That was the dealer's buying price.

Not much market for foreign coins. Mostly they are kept for momentos of peoples trips. Not much appreciation once those people pass on. I started collecting when I was 8 and people gave me a bunch of foreign coins their dads brought back from WWII. The Nazi coins can’t even be sold of EBay anymore if Im correct.

Well as stated. I guess I was incorrect. I know at one point they took stuff off. Never bought or sold any of that stuff so it was moot for me
