Are there any EEOC attorneys on ODT that handle gender/ age discrimination cases?

I'm a Human Resources Manager. Did you file a complaint with the EEOC first?

If the charge is valid they do all the work for free.

Should add they will investigate, try to work out a settlement and if not issue a right to sue letter you can take to an attorney.

Yes, a complaint has already been filed with the EEOC. I need to file an amendment submitting additional evidence, I just found out yesterday that the hospital hired a fourth girl out of my program as an Extern. Five applicants all from the same nursing program with the exact same training and education, 4 were hired. The 4 that were hired were all females in their 20s and the one not hired a 47 yr old male.

Considering that I am top of the class I can be 100% sure that grades did not play a factor.
