Simple corn mash
For every ONE GALLON of water you use, you will need
1.4 Ibs of Sugar
1.4 Ibs of Cracked Corn
Yeast

Cut the sugar back to 1# per pound of corn...

I've watched several YouTube videos on pressure cooker distilling. The best one I recall is a mash recipe they works off in an Igloo cooler. It's basically equal parts corn meal, sugar and water along with a packet or two of yeast. After it stops bubbling in the cooler you set up your stove top right and run it.

Hold on now. That didn't happen. I made it ( barely) around to the Masingale Park men's room. I never made an oil slick in the ocean. Although it WAS a very close call.
