Le Banner is my personal favorite because he has such an unorthodox style. Its very jerky and erratic and unpredictable.

Plus he looks like he's been in about a million street brawls.

2nd would be Hoost for his leg game. Technical strike genius.

But Buakaw is pretty mean as far as the new guys go.

I've been a huge fan since the late 80's. I grew up watching and reading a lot about Benny so because of that he'd have to be my vote for favorite, but that's only to do with him being my first exposure to the sport. All of those guys are great in their own right. If it were favorite fictional MT fighter it would be Tong Po from Kickboxer

Indeed. I tried to pick guys that had pretty varied styles and disciplines. But yea, the best from those subclasses. Strikers, guys that get in close, distance fighters, madmen(Le Banner)...

Great list. I'd have to go with Hoost #1 and Buakaw a close second but if Peter Aerts was on the list it I might put him at #1. Personal favorite to watch fight was Dekkars.

Remember the Hoost/Sapp fight. Bob won in the end but I promise he didn't walk right for months.
