I like to do deals on the phone. But I always put, or ask that whoever I’m talking with puts all we agree on in PM.

As the buyer I will work with the sellers request.
How it usually goes down is I will pm with offer or acknowledge I will purchase and include my First name and cell if easier.

If they stay with PM’s all good! 95% text me and we continue to communicate thru text.

Phone and text are fine. But I always finalize trades or sales in a PM. If someone doesn’t want to finalize a deal through the PM system it isn’t worth the drive.

It just depends, I prefer PM but will do text/calls depending on circumstances.
