I can do everything but the ginger that's a no go. I already take turmeric.7 tablespoons of Honey, A teaspoon of turmeric, a teaspoon of ground ginger and black pepper.
Mix it all together and take a spoon full a day. I had bad wrist pain almost constant plus other aches and pains.
I started this a week ago and have no wrist pain and hardly any other aches or pains. I actually probably used more
then a teaspoon of each, but it is definitely working for me. I keep a jar in the frig.
I made a new batch and added a little white and red pepper, it's hard to taste any one thing. It said the pepper makes the turmeric more effective. And I know everyone is different, but the wrist pain was constant for the last year, sometimes with not even moving it, it would keep me up at night. Sometimes just picking up a coffee cup, caused such a sharp pain I would drop the cup. After one week, I have no pain.I can do everything but the ginger that's a no go. I already take turmeric.
