Any recommendations on a book on Fields Dressing game?

Thought it wouldn’t be a bad idea to have a paper copy of a book on field dress various game animals.
any suggestions?

When I was still hunting I normally did a field dress in the field...I like to remove the organs to release heat..And the hang them with a Gambrell, to skin and butcher..
