I'm a dealer..been selling the heck out of the duke dog proofs..coyotes I'd start with a set of 1 3/4 or # 2 dukes there cheaper then the rest I would spend to much money before u determine if u like it or not..yotes u can make a simple dirt hole set bait with some chucks of meat..if turkey farms are in Ur area..I'm sure they would let u have some of the dead ones..get some coyote pee and some bland lure and Ur set
