What’s HTP? After 3 knee surgeries and staring at a 4th I’m at the point where I need joint supplements and better knee sleeves when I run.

Hi Tech Pharmaceuticals made Formutech Flexible. 4 capsules at breakfast, 4 at lunch.
Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfates, MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane), Hyaluronic Acid, Cissus Quadrangulus extract.

I have been taking MSM on and off since 1997 or 1998, when it first became available via MLM sellers. Flexible works better for me than any straight MSM or GCS supplement I have tried.
