We grilled some yesterday
My cousins shot 2 black bears last weekend up near Jasper . One was bigger than me
They gave us alot of the meat.
I cut the 2 backstraps into steaks .
We ground 18+ pounds and added some pork which brought the total to about 25 lbs . We set aside some to grill and made 20lbs of sausage . We used the Leggs seasoning pack ,plus a lil Xtra sage and crushed red peppers.
Grilled it over charcoal with some hickory chips thrown in and it was probably the best grilled burger I've ever eaten !
