anybody going shooting today?

Spent all day running and gunning with the kids and wife. I'm getting too old to shoot like that all day anymore, got home took a shower and am starting to get stiff. I'll sleep gooooooood, but tomorrow will suck for a few hours.

Kids are getting good though, it won't be long before they out do dad.......I can't wait, but they'll work for it.

Took my new LWRC upper to the range today. Set the irons up at 100 and held about 1.5 inch groups. Put my Trijicon 1-4 on top and went to tighten the screws with my handy dandy wheeler inch pound wrench and at 45 inch pounds, the screw broke......dont know how good the rifle is now because I have to get a new mount. Any suggestions? leaning toward Larue?

What kind of mount was it? ADM, larue or if you want the mac daddy get a spuhr

looked" like a PEPR mount....I don't see any markings on it. I took it in a trade a year ago and has given good service. I was planning on buying a throw lever style mount in the near future. Looks like the future is getting real close.....
