Anybody know a business/employment attorney?

Been through that years ago. Was told that GA is a "Right to Work" state, so any non competes that you had to sign with a Company based in or out of GA is not valid, or rather, will have a hard time holding up in court.

Probably doesn't answer your question, but just giving my thoughts.

The law was changed significantly a few years ago. Tremendously expanded the rights of the EMPLOYER to enforce non-competes.

There was an article about one of the pizza companies trying to enforce one against their delivery drivers.

The current state of the law requires a professional (lawyer) opinion. Not something you want to deal with with advice from a hunting forum on the internet.
