Anybody know a good gun smith? Saiga 5.56 help

I have a Saiga 5.56 and i bought a Beryl Handguard B variant. I hope these pictures can help explain my scenario. This metal plate fits perfectly with my old Tapco Surefire Handguard. But the Beryl cant fit. AND it looks like the screw would come from inside reciever now not the bottom. I might just buy the real Beryl. I/O is never good. If anyone knows a good Gun smith outside the ATL Perimeter please let me know.
