Anyone else get their property tax statement today?

Yep. Mine went up $1000 from last year.

Said my house is worth $35,000 more.

My home went up $63,000 from last year and about 60% tax increase, most in school tax for a new elementary school

I just got my appeal back from early April, they knocked off almost $110k of the valuation and about $1000 off of taxes. Gwinnett. Commie bastages

Especially since the County cannot "guarantee" the sale.

I love hearing folks talk about the house they own, the property they own, etc.

Stop paying your taxes and find out how much you "own."
