Anyone else think there is something wrong with commercial chickens being grown from chicks to fryer size in 7 weeks?

My dad had a contract for some chicken plants years ago, the stories he would tell, two headed chickens, four wings, etc. He watched some employees drop a biddy in a thing of liquid nitrogen and then throw it against a floor shattering it, laughing of course.

I'd believe they aren't fed some type of growth enhacer when an independent lab of my choosing tested the meat and vouched for it being hormone free. Until then, I'll look at it the industry claims with the same skepticism I view the newly defined "vaccines" we are supposed to get in case of hurricanes.

the entire industralized meat industry is ****ing nasty and depressing as hell. I'll never stop eating meat but i've done my best to try and go as local as possible because those places truly are hell . . . and their meat tastes like garbage as well.
