Anyone have access to honda technical service bulletins

Best bet is to go to a Honda forum and see if anyone knows of a service bulletin number describing the problem and fix. It seems your description may well be based on one.

If you google "honda service bulletin relay dry joint" a whole bunch of service bulletins come up, see if one applies to you.

I did. I didn't find what I needed and ended up calling honda of america. After doing the research he referred be to my local honda dealership. Apparently official honda mechanics only.

He told me to talk to your state consumer advocate to find out what my rights are in this state.

While its a known issue Ive never seens a TSB for it. If one existed NHTSA would have a copy. Check out their website.
