Anyone know of a carbon steel AR upper/lower set

I'll keep digging but I thought this was intriguing. Probably no SN as flats are not considered receivers? Or are they?

I do, but with only a 3 axis, that's a loooota setups for a single set. I know about the weld up one, but want something billet. Mainly want to do something like turnbull. But with a few changes.

I gotcha. I wasn't sure if it was an option, it's the only thing I could find.
