Anyone quit shooting DI and switch fully to piston AR's?

I've never seen a blowback ar either, anyone know why they aren't common?

They are common. Mine is a pistol caliber ar. Colt 6450 9mm ar-15

Get yourself a PRI gusbuster charging handle and the excess gas won't matter unless you are a lefty.

Never had an issue with gas blowback. Even suppressed.
