I've got a box of Hornady hollow points for my 44 mag. I loaded them and looking at the cylinder I can see something is wrong. Two of the six I put into the cylinder are not properly seated. One is sticking so far out of the case I can't even spin the cylinder. Here is a pic. Has anyone run into this before?

I'm not sure about the .44 mag, but other Hornady LE bullets have to be seated lower. And maybe the case has to be trimmed shorter. This is the case with the LE in 45/70. Again, I'm not certain about the .44 mag. Do you have a Hornady reloading manual?
