Ive been checking these things out for a few months now and would really like to get one, i like the feel and look of them plus the idea that its a ruger. Anyone got any pros and cons reviews on them or something they would buy over them?

Anyone shot or owned an sr9 or sr9c?

I had a chance to shoot one a couple weeks ago. Ran like a top. Was quite comfortable. I just did not like the small controls and the trigger felt kinda slick to me. All and all not a bad piece. Id carry it.
Thanks guys I'm on the lookout now. I'd really like on of the compacts they've got a great feel and awesome grips.

I agree with that. I had the compact and liked everything about it, except for the trigger. It looks like a Glock trigger, but don't feel like one. Hard to describe, like Ken said, just different. Mine did perform and carry great though.
My friend has an SR9, hate the trigger, about the only complaint I have. The gun shakes when you try and pull it back it's so stiff.
