Anyone watching CD rates closely?

Numbers wise I agree but that debt free mortgage money in your pocket feels reallllly good lol
Seriously considering just setting aside the total of our mortgage in a separate money market and draw monthly straight from there. Then live as though debt free but still have the cash just in case.
that "money" in his pocket is an IOU...a note, i.e. with an expiration date in invisible ink
I understand that but all I know to do is wake up everyday to try to make more of it. For now it’s t does what I need it to do. If I could find a way to make 15-20% I would jump on it. If I could find a way to start a business with it and have that freedom I would invest it there

March I bonds are 6.89% @ Treasury Direct $10K per year $20K per couple plus up to $5K in paper I bonds each if you are due a refund on Fed tax return, plus you can create custodial accounts in the name of you kids.....plus more loopholes...see your CPA....
